The Malaysian Ladies International 470 Champion, Nuraisyah together with her former teammate Juni Karimah Noor are the first doublehanded sailing pair from Malaysia to ever qualify for an Olympic Games. She is a silver medalist in the Asian Games and a gold medalist in the Southeast Asian Games. Nuraisyah hails from the state of Johor.
